Raid night is Friday at 9 PM. 1 of 6 tasks done.

A sample board. Yours opens at yuubako.com/app

02Who it's for

Five groups, one box.

Each row below is a real board in the window above. Pick one and the window switches to it.

01

Game squadsRaid night

Pick a night that works across time zones and put it on the calendar, so the time stops getting buried in chat. Split the prep into tasks with an owner each, like farming materials or learning a boss fight.

02

Card game clubsSaturday locals

Run your locals from one board. Entries and prize support become tasks, and the event sits on a calendar the whole club can see. A deck builder can set a goal like top 8 at the next regional and break it into daily practice.

03

Studios and developersClient work

Break a brand system or a website build into sections and subtasks, and mark what waits on what. Log time as you go. Invite the client as a commenter, so they can leave feedback without moving anything.

04

Watch parties and fan clubsAnime night

Line up the season as one task per episode, with each night on the calendar. Hand out the jobs, like who hosts and who brings food. Give the group's space its own skin and soundtrack so it looks the part.

05

Families and everyone elseLake trip

Trips, weddings, band practice and group moves fit the same way. If a few people need to get something done by a date, Yuubako can hold it. People see only the projects they were invited to.

03What's in the box

The spec sheet.

Everything here works today, in the browser, on a laptop or a phone.

Views
List, board, table, calendar and timeline, plus My Work for everything assigned to you. Drag a card to change its status, or a task to another day.
Presence
A teammate's initials sit on the task they have open. When they step away, a hollow dot shows they're idle and their chip moves to their next task.
Invites
An invite link works once, for one email address. Each person joins with a role that decides what they can change, and the database holds them to it.
Goals
Personal goal projects follow the Harada method. One goal breaks into 8 themes and 64 actions, with a daily routine sheet that tracks your streaks.
Tutorials
22 short tutorials light up one part of the screen at a time. Some steps wait for you to try the thing before they move on.
Looks
101 skins, your own wallpaper, and music from YouTube while you work. Each project keeps its own look and its own soundtrack.
Record
Activity writes each change as a plain sentence, like "Bob moved Hero banner to Review", so you can see what happened without asking.
Devices
Nothing to install. Your projects follow your account from a laptop to a phone and back.
04Coming next

Characters, then chat, then voice.

In build

A character each

Each teammate gets a small 3D character. It stands by the task its person is working on, and while they're away it acts out their next one. Today their initials hold the spot.

Next

Chat in bubbles

Messages come out of the characters as speech bubbles, one on one or in a group huddle, with a plain transcript behind it all.

After that

Voice at the table

Calls of up to four people connect browser to browser, and bigger groups go through a relay. Talk while the boards stay open in front of everyone.

05How to join

Someone hands you a link.

  1. Yuubako is invite-only for now. Someone who uses it invites you to a project.
  2. Their link takes you to a page where you choose your name and a password.
  3. You land in their project, with the role they picked for you.
  4. From there you can start projects of your own and invite the people you want.
  5. Sign-up without an invite comes next, once Yuubako sends its own email.
